Google News without an official RSS feed
Google News is one of the web’s most powerful news aggregators. It combines thousands of sources in many languages and selects articles it considers relevant for each topic, from technology and geopolitics to cybersecurity. Despite that wealth of information, its interface exposes no RSS button: not in Tech, search results or topic pages.

Google does not show this in its interface, but its topic pages can be turned into working RSS feeds. Insert /rss/ immediately before topics in a Google News topic URL.

Track a keyword with a Google News RSS feed
Google News also creates RSS feeds from keyword searches. This is ideal for monitoring a precise topic such as technology, Windows 11, cybersecurity or a particular brand.
Example: the keyword “technology”
https://news.google.com/rss/search?q=keyword&hl=en&gl=US&ceid=US:en
For a technology watch, use:
https://news.google.com/rss/search?q=technology&hl=en&gl=US&ceid=US:en
The q= parameter contains the keyword. The hl, gl and ceid parameters set the language and regional edition of the results.

Why use a Google News RSS feed?
Traditional RSS feeds cover one website at a time. A Google News feed offers an overview of an entire subject, selected from many publications.
